SICK AND BORED OF BEING SICK AND BORED   - A nonlinear videoproject in multiple parts (primarily the 3 parts "Das Individuum -
- Die Gesellschaft - Die Kunst" - anyway, this not matters) and various presentations.
Started in 2003 - Work in Progress - No End - Pal-Video 37 min. (Status 12/ 2006: duration of the "linear" video).

This is the Webinstallation with 12 Videoscreens (Windows Media - WMV7 needed).

Needs DSL , best viewed in Full View in Browsers IE6/7 and Firefox/ Mozilla (press F11 in IE). Fullscrenn at 1024 x 768pxls!
IE plays endless. Firefox/ Mozilla ist not looping and shows a narrative approach or whatever - Browsertechnology causes artform.

Optimized Installation is a 4-Beamerviev on 4 Walls - so you are inside the images.

In Deutsch: Ja was nun? Kleiner Tipp: Im Vollbildmodus anschauen (oder so) - (im IE ist diese Option im Menü Ansicht zu finden, dann ist eine Auflösung von 1024 x 768 perfekt, höhere sowieso). Vorher natürlich im IE ActiveX zulassen...
Eine interessante Variante zeigt der Mozilla/ Firefox-Browser: er weigert sich, die Videos endlos abzuspielen.
D. h., das Ganze hat ein Ende (& da werden einige sensible Gemüter ganz froh sein ....). Im übrigen zeigt der aktuelle Firefox die Steuerleisten der Videos. Schaut blöd aus, ist blöd (wie so vieles am Computer), kostet mich Zeit und Nerven das zu ändern...

Das war die Installationsversion fürs Web. In der nächsten Version werden die Videoclips in eine 3D-Architektur implementiert, das ist dann eine interaktive 3D-Installation (siehe Artworld). Eine originale Real-Life-Installation würde dann im realen Raum stattfinden, der mittlerweile auch im Kunstbereich von Verteilungskämpfen gekennzeichnet ist - Termin und Ort unbekannt.
